Marlon Jackson is Senator Starling's aide.[1]
He comes from a long lineage of behind-the-scenes democratic helpers and takes his job so seriously that he has to take ulcer pills.

In 2040, when Joshua Valienté and Bill Chambers came to Datum Earth to meet with Senator Starling in order to convince him to draw some kind of protective law for trolls, they were greeted by Marlon.[1]
