Datum Madrid refers to the city of Madrid, capital of Spain on Datum Earth.
Like a lot of cities after the Yellowstone eruption of 2040, Madrid's weather was changed and was now temperate like how it used to be in northern France.[1]
As a result, the city was prospering, fields of wheat replacing olive trees in the landscape.
The Long Utopia[]
In spring 2048, Joshua Valienté had to take a stepwise twain ride to Madrid, the closest city to London where it was safe to step since you couldn't trust the ground levels anymore, and travel north by train.[1]
