David Blessed was the Reverend of St John on the Water, England, before retiring and letting Nelson Azikiwe take his place.[1]
The Long Mars[]
After the Yellowstone eruption in 2040, David, now in his eighties, came out of retirement to care for the parish.
He's seen again in August 2042 with Nelson, trying to convince Eileen Connolly, a local parishioner to leave Datum Earth and its post-eruption cold weather to seek a better place to live on the Long Earth.[2]
